Hotel HQ offers three package as shown below. The packages are capped at a total of 50 rooms per registered business. If your property has more rooms please contact us so that we can make special arrangements.

Set-Up Fee
The set-up fee is a one off payment which is paid to us to set-up the service for you. The fee includes the creation of your account and integration of the service into your web site.

Service Charge & Transaction Fees
Hotel HQ charges a flat rate of £2 per transaction, not on the number of rooms or nights sold, but per transaction, also this fee only applies to reservations sold through the internet, reservations you take over the phone and process through Hotel HQ are exempt from this fee.

The fee is exclusive of merchant fees which are 3.4% of transaction value plus a 20p transaction fee of the total sale price.

Monthly Subscription
Your monthly subscription is payable by direct debit each month. Failure to make payment will results in a suspension of your service until payment is made. Repeated failure to make payment of more than 1 month will result in account cancellation and a new set-up fee will be deemed payable.

Hotel HQ Merchant Services
Hotel HQ merchant services are provided in association with PayPal. Please allow up to 15 days for your payments to be processed through Hotel HQ. This is to protect us and you from credit card fraud. Depending on activity we may also reserve the right to withhold funds for extended periods beyond the 30 days. We would inform you in advance if this was likely to happen. For information on transaction fees please see the example above.

Mcomi Live Support

Zero Fraud Tolerance
Hotel HQ has a zero tolerance of fraud and will any suspend and/or cancel your account if we suspect or here reports of any form of fraudulent activity by yourselves or your affiliates. We will withhold all funds and contact the authorities at our discretion.
